Remark: For the 7.5kg dough mixer, the standard type is with rhombus round knife. For the dough mixer over 15kg, there are round knife and flat knife optional.For the round knife is suitable for making dough. The flat knife is suitable for stirring meat stuffing or making dough.

How to Operate:

  1. Mixing: pour the flour into the commercial dough kneading machine bucket, add 40% water for mixing, mix for 3~10mins according to the actual needs. If the dough and the auger rotate together, sprinkle some dry flour to eliminate itis okay, When the machine is in normal running, the direction of the auger should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the belt guard.
  2. After making the dough,turn off the power, open the cover, pull out the bolt, turn the kneading bucket 90 degrees, insert the bolt to fix the bucket, and take out the dough. If the dough is too large, use a knife to cut the dough into pieces and take it out. If the dough at the bottom of the dough bucket cannot be taken out, can use the reverse running to send the dough out.
